Penn Edward is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through National Association of Fire Investigators, IAAI- FIT, and is a Kentucky Licensed Private Investigator.   In addition to 15 years in the fire service, Penn has worked as a law enforcement officer, and is a United States Marine Corps Veteran.  Penn is a nationally registered Paramedic, Fire Instructor and Fire Officer II and Hazardous Materials Technician.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Kentucky University in Fire, Arson and Explosives Investigations, and  a  Master's degree in Forensics from Oklahoma State University.    Penn is a member of both the International Association of Arson Investigators and National Association of Fire Investigators.
